An extension of what I wrote about possession

Here is what I thought. The devil has to walk to and fro and send demons and constantly be attacking us and always looking for our vulnerable and weak spots because he knows he is at a disadvantage because God dwells in the heart of every human and is actually there with them and inside them. We are ultimately extensions of God and the devil attacks us because its the only way he can attack God. For God to do good all he needs to do is wake up or rise up the part of him that is laying still in the heart of man. Every person posses the strength of God inside them and should never fear because if he is alive within us the then the devil must flee because he can not stand against the light of God. While the devil is working so hard to fight against us because he knows how mighty we are with God awake inside us and he attacks us because God loves us.

Possession - in every sense of the word

I just had this thought pattern that filled me with such joy I had to get it down into words. I hope it comes out right. I was in the shower and thinking about possession. I know....but stay with me. I have seen a lot of commercials lately for scary movies about possessions and I was thinking how powerful and scary these events are and I thought to myself about he word "possession " and my mind was wondering why aren't there "good" possessions by angels or good spirits flying around possessing people to do something awesome and as soon as I ask the question the answer was there in my mind. God does not have to send spirits or use tricks to get inside us, we are extensions of him! He is already present inside of all of us. He is omnipotent because we are all parts of him. You don't say you posses your finger, because its your finger. Now, if someones cuts your finger off and puts it in their pocket THEN they posses it. Like your finger, if you choose to wiggle it you simply wiggle it and you automatically know its happened but if someone ELSE wants to you to wiggle your finger then they must either convince you to do so or force you to do so. This is exciting to me because it means God is already in us the devil is not! He is not omnipotent and he does not have possession of us, we are first and foremost Christ's. If God chooses to do good through you he simply awakens the parts of him that are already inside your fiber, and your heart. He wiggles his finger so to speak. Why is this so exciting to me? Why am I going on and on about it? Because it means the devil must work hard for evil to abound he must stay up walking to an fro he must exhaust himself day and night and send spirits into people to control and change them. Oh but here is what makes me excited, for The Lord my God to do good all he must do is stretch out his finger!

Praying for Nana

The woman I know that I look up to the most in life is my Nana. She's simply the best and I can't even say half of all she's done for me. I have no idea how many prayers she probably sent up for me in my life that kept me from bad places and people and troubles. Today at 11:00 age will go into surgery for her hip that she fell and broke yesterday. I talked to her and she said she hasn't hardly had any pain even from when it first happened. She fell while my Grandy was out doing his walk. She decided to vacume the wood floor in the living room. (My mom said she had no business vacuuming on Sunday anyways and she should have been resting lol) anyways she got tangled in the cord and fell in the wooden floor and broke the bone in the leg all the way at the top by the hip. She pulled herself into the kitchen to use the phone but couldn't reach it because its up high on the wall then she heard Grandy in the swing and stated telling for help. He doesent hear great and the door was closed and he thought she was just on the phone finally he realized she was calling his name and came in and found her. My poor little Nana's leg was bent all the way over and Grandy called my mom. So they drove all the way into town looked at it and then called the ambulance to go to the emergency room. It hurt my heart so bad to think my Nana had to wait in pain so long but when I talked to her today she said she knew God was keeping the pain from her because it never hurt very bad at all the while time. She said she's a big baby when it comes to pain and he was just shielding her for it she knew it. It brought a lot of jot to my heart to know this. God has blessed us so much. He's always at work in our family. I know today as I pray for her that he's already worked and his hand is already on her. He will be with her and the surgeon during operation and he will mend her hip to so quick we will all be in shock. Thank you God for already working, and what I expect you are about to do.
